Please note that the next meeting will be held on 14 January 2026 at 7.00pm in the back room of the Cairnryan Village Hall. There will be provision for attendance by Zoom if preferred.

Any member of the Cairnryan community is welcome to join and will have the opportunity to raise any comments or questions at the end of the meeting. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Please note that community council meetings will be audio recorded and Zoom recorded for the purpose of producing accurate minutes. The Zoom recording may be made available to view only after the meeting should this be requested by individuals from the Cairnryan community who do not have internet access. The computer files of the recordings are only accessible by CCC members and will be held until the minutes are approved for the recorded meeting, at which time the recordings will be deleted.
